Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website dreamteammedia.com (the “Site”) and the products and services offered by Dream Team Media (“Dream Team Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, engaging our services, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
About Dream Team Media
Dream Team Media is an artificial intelligence development company. We build, develop, and deliver AI products, software, and related digital services for our clients. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and Dream Team Media. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for services, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site, engage our services, or opt in to receive messages from us. By using the Site or our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site and our services, you agree to:
- Use them only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details secure
- Respect the rights of Dream Team Media and other users
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Access or attempt to access areas of the Site you are not authorized to use
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its security
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, software, code, designs, and the Dream Team Media name and brand, are owned by Dream Team Media or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. This license does not let you copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or our materials without our prior written permission. Ownership of any deliverables we create for you under a services agreement is governed by that agreement.
User Submissions
When you send us content or information through the Site, by email, or through our services, such as messages, files, or project materials, you keep ownership of what you submit. You grant Dream Team Media a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and operate and improve the Site. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
SMS and Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Dream Team Media and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from us at that number. These terms apply to our text messaging program.
Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our forms, during a conversation with us, or by texting us first, and by agreeing to receive messages.
Types of messages. Messages may include outbound two-factor authentication and security codes, service and account updates, appointment or meeting reminders, responses to your inquiries, project and support communication, and promotional or marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Dream Team Media does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages, unless you opt in again. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request.
Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at in**@dr************.com.
Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle the rest of your information is described in our Privacy Policy at dreamteammedia.com/privacy-policy.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site and our services may link to or rely on third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services that we do not own or control. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Team Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or services will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any content, including any output from AI systems, will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any results before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Team Media and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Dream Team Media for the service that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dream Team Media and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top and post the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
